This program is designed to get to know the
most beautiful Chilean vineyards and taste the most delicious wines made
in this country, while enjoying nature and lovely scenery, the Andes mountains,
local customs, Chilean gastronomy, and visiting colonial towns.
All the meals indicated in the program include wines
chosen especially for each occasion and bilingual guide who is wine specialist.
WINE ROUTES IN CHILE

Day 1 Sunday Santiago
Pick up at Santiago International Airport and transport from airport
to Hotel, located in a residential zone, near restaurants and services.
Transport from hotel to restaurant for welcome lunch and explanation
of trip program.
City tour of Santiago.
Talk on the characteristics of the grape growing valleys in Chile and
wine tasting given by sommelier.
Day 2 Monday Aconcagua Valley
9:30 am. Departure from hotel in Santiago.
11:30 am. Tour and wine tasting at Viña Errázuriz, one
of Chile’s loveliest vineyards. During the tour we will visit
the old wine cellars and enjoy a walk through the vineyard seeing the
different grape varieties growing on the hillsides from where the entire
valley can be viewed.
Lunch at Viña Errázuriz.
3:30 pm. Tour and wine tasting at Viña Von Siebenthal or Viña
7:30 pm. Arrival at hotel in Santiago. Dinner on your own.
Day 3 Tuesday Valparaíso
- Casablanca and San Antonio Valleys
7:30 am. Departure from hotel and travel to the Casablanca and San Antonio
Valleys, privileged locations for the production of excellent white
9:30 am. City tour and walk through most interesting spots in Valparaíso
(hillside elevators, patrimony of humanity and historic sites).
12:30 pm. Tour and wine tasting at Viña Matetic, exclusive boutique
vineyard that makes fine wines from 100% organic grapes. During the
tour you will see a Chilean hacienda and a modern wine cellar inserted
in the natural surroundings with spectacular views of the vineyards.
In the February 2005 issue, the North American magazine “Wine
Spectator” awarded 92 points to the Viña Matetic EQ Syrah
wine and 90 points to the EQ Sauvignon Blanc wine.
1:30 pm. Gourmet lunch in Viña Matetic gardens accompanied by
the best wines.
7:30 pm. Check in at Hotel Santa Cruz Plaza.
Dinner on your own.
Day 4 Wednesday Colchagua
9:30 am. Departure from Hotel Santa Cruz Plaza.
10:00 am. Tour and wine tasting at Viña Montes where you will
have a panoramic view of the Apalta valley.
12:30 pm. Tour and wine tasting at Viña Viu Manent where you
will ride around the vineyard in horse pulled carriages.
1:30 pm. Country lunch in gardens or dining rooms at Viña Viu
4:00 pm. Visit to Colchagua museum.
9:00 pm. Dinner at restaurant “Pan pan Vino vino”.
Overnight at Hotel Santa Cruz Plaza.
Day 5 Thursday Maipo Valley
9:00 am. Check out Hotel Santa Cruz Plaza.
11:00 am. Tour and wine tasting at Viña Pérez Cruz, small
and exclusive boutique vineyard that produce fine red wines. The wine
cellar stands out for its modern architecture inserted in the Chilean
1:30 pm. Gourmet lunch at Viña Santa Rita.
3:30 pm. Tour at Viña Santa Rita.
6:30 pm. Arrival at Santiago and check in at Hotel Bonaparte.
Dinner on your own
Day 6 Friday Maipo Valley
10:00 am. Departure from hotel in Santiago.
11:00 am. Tour and wine tasting at Viña Aquitania, a small and
exclusive vineyard that makes fine wines.
1:00 pm. Lunch in local restaurant.
3:30 pm. Tour and wine tasting at Viña Concha y Toro or Viña
Haras de Pirque.
6:00 pm. Arrival at hotel in Santiago.
Day 7 Saturday End of program
Transport from hotel in Santiago to international airport to flight
The program include:
- Private transport with chauffeur and air conditioning.

An enologist realizes most of the wine tours, providing
a more personalized attention and unforgettable experience.
The program do not include:
- Tips for the guide and chauffeur.
- Payment of reciprocity tax at the international airport
(US$ 140 for North American tourists).

charges, and others not indicated in program.
