Victor Hugo was born and raised in Chile. He is a bilingual teacher (Spanish – English) with a degree from the University of Chile. He has worked as a tour guide since 1988 and enjoys showing visitors around Chile because, as he says, this is a great place to visit with wonderful and unique landscapes, exquisite local foods and a very friendly culture.
